- Develop and maintain office budgets with financial reporting to leadership
- Support executive team with calendar management, meeting coordination, and confidential communications
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience in professional services
- Proven expertise in budgeting, vendor management, and facilities coordination
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration
