- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure regulatory compliance
- Plan company events and team-building activities
- Act as primary point of contact for facility-related inquiries
Qualifications
- 5+ years of office management experience in professional settings
- Proven expertise in vendor management and contract negotiations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong budget management and financial reporting skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
