- Manage departmental budget tracking and expense reporting
- Serve as primary point of contact for facility-related inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years progressive office management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong knowledge of Kansas City commercial real estate market
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience managing budgets over $100,000
- Valid Missouri driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proven crisis management and conflict resolution skills
