Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facility management, supply chain, and vendor coordination
- Manage executive calendar coordination, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements
- Lead HR functions including onboarding, compliance documentation, and employee relations
- Develop and maintain comprehensive administrative systems and digital workflows
- Manage office budget, expense reporting, and procurement processes
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and communications
- Implement health/safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in tech or professional services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software (e.g., Asana, QuickBooks)
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven conflict resolution abilities
- Project management certification or equivalent experience preferred
