- Perform data entry, filing, and document management using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for the management team.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory levels.
- Prepare meeting rooms and materials for internal and client meetings.
- Handle general clerical duties to support daily office operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional demeanor at all times.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
