Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Coordinate office logistics including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and document management
- Support executive scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage digital filing systems
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Oversee reception duties and ensure professional front-desk coverage
- Collaborate with weekday team to maintain seamless operational continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of office administration or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation
