Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry into CRM and proprietary systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage digital filing systems and maintain confidential records with strict compliance protocols
- Coordinate office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and vendor communications
- Process and reconcile invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation
- Support department heads with calendar management, meeting preparation, and travel arrangements
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports using Excel and reporting tools
- Implement process improvements to enhance administrative workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative experience with proven data entry expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and database management
- Minimum 60 WPM typing speed with 10-key proficiency
- Associate's degree or equivalent certification in Office Administration preferred
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
