Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering calls, and handling mail distribution
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
- Maintain accurate filing systems and electronic document management
- Assist with office supply inventory procurement and vendor coordination
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and confidential documents
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks including expense report processing
- Coordinate office events and team activities during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
