Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Coordinate office inventory and supply procurement
- Prepare and distribute confidential documents and correspondence
- Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense reporting
- Facilitate visitor reception and building access
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 2+ years administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
