Responsibilities
- Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and general correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including room bookings and calendar management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers in a timely manner.
- Maintain office inventory and order necessary supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or Administrative Assistant (1-2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
