Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including mail processing, supply inventory, and facility coordination
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain executive calendars
- Prepare and distribute confidential documents, reports, and correspondence
- Assist with onboarding new hires and maintain personnel records

Qualifications
