Responsibilities
- Reception & Greeting: Manage the front desk, answer incoming calls, screen visitors, and provide professional, courteous service to all guests.
- Communication: Draft, proofread, and distribute internal memos, emails, and correspondence to ensure clear communication across departments.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems; sort and organize documents to ensure easy retrieval.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, prepare meeting packets, and coordinate calendars for senior staff.
- Mail & Logistics: Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail/packages efficiently each morning.
- Office Supplies: Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders to ensure the team is always equipped.
- Special Projects: Support the management team with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: No prior professional experience is necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency is required; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
