Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications during night shift, including emails, calls, and digital correspondence
- Prepare daily reports and documentation for morning team handover
- Maintain office equipment and inventory, including supply ordering and maintenance requests
- Coordinate courier services and document distribution overnight
- Ensure facility security protocols are followed during evening hours
- Support data entry and record management with 100% accuracy
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative projects as directed by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in office administration or customer support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for occasional errands)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
