Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors and callers with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage incoming emails, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and maintain digital filing systems.
- Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other business correspondence.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant.
