Responsibilities
- Accurately input, manage, and update client data in CRM and database systems
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for executive staff
- Process and distribute incoming mail and documents
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Assist with administrative tasks including report generation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in data entry or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional typing speed (60+ WPM) with 98% accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
