Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email, mail) with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict attention to detail
- Assist with onboarding processes including equipment setup and orientation
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for executive team
- Support procurement processes and inventory management for office supplies
- Act as primary point of contact for facility maintenance and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with calendar management across multiple time zones
