- Maintain and organize both digital and physical filing systems for quick document retrieval.
- Perform accurate data entry, generate reports, and assist with payroll preparation.
- Handle inventory management for office supplies and coordinate vendor orders.
- Greet visitors warmly and provide exceptional front-desk support.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
