Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, managing the front desk operations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Prepare, compile, and distribute reports, memos, invoices, and other business documents.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Order and maintain office supplies, equipment inventory, and pantry stock.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense reporting and invoice processing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, or in a related administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to company standards.
