Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner, directing them appropriately.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, phone calls, and mail.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing the executive calendar.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory levels.
- Support the administrative team with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
