Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including call screening, visitor registration, and mail distribution
- Coordinate complex calendars and schedule meetings for executives using Microsoft Outlook
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation with precision
- Oversee office inventory management and coordinate supply procurement
- Prepare professional correspondence, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for executive team members
- Support HR initiatives including onboarding paperwork and benefits administration
- Maintain digital filing systems ensuring compliance with record-keeping protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of office administration experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
