Responsibilities
- Manage and direct incoming calls and correspondence, routing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management.
- Maintain and update office supplies inventory; place orders when necessary.

Qualifications
