Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Process incoming communications (calls, emails, mail) and prioritize inquiries
- Prepare and distribute confidential documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Order office supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate vendor relationships
- Assist with onboarding new hires and coordinate training sessions

Qualifications
