Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with exceptional professionalism and accuracy
- Coordinate office logistics including scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion and security protocols
- Support HR functions including onboarding new hires and maintaining personnel records
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other business communications
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks including invoice processing and expense tracking
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy document retrieval
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or office support experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional demeanor
- Experience with office equipment (copiers, scanners, phone systems)
