Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and clients.
- Handle incoming communications, including email and phone inquiries, with efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents to ensure seamless retrieval.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses and processing invoices.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a supportive administrative role (1+ years preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience with CRM software or databases is a plus.
