- General Filing: Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry tasks into various databases and spreadsheets.
- Meeting Support: Prepare meeting rooms, set up audio-visual equipment, and assist with catering logistics.
- Mail Services: Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Reception Duties: Greet visitors warmly, manage the front desk, and sign for deliveries.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, trustworthy, and able to work Monday through Friday.
