Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors and clients with a professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and internal correspondence efficiently.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate schedules and book meeting rooms as required.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college or administrative certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting.
