Key Responsibilities:

- Manage front desk reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phones in a professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage the executive calendar efficiently.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and record keeping using MS Office.
- Coordinate office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services.
- Support team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
