Key Responsibilities:
- General Administration: Manage incoming calls, emails, and mail with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and manage the executive calendar efficiently.
- Document Management: Prepare, format, and distribute internal documents, reports, and presentations.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the workspace is fully equipped.
- Reception Support: Greet visitors, handle front desk duties, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and databases with a focus on data integrity.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Organization: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

- Maintain and organize office files, records, and digital databases.

- Order and track office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a professional reception area.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
