Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with 99% accuracy, ensuring all information is updated in our database systems.
- Manage incoming emails and phone calls, routing them to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute weekly reports and internal correspondence.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing calendars.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense reporting and invoice verification.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in data entry or general office administration is preferred.
- Proven typing speed of at least 45 WPM with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
