- Process and input data into digital systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage electronic filing systems and document retrieval protocols
- Coordinate office communications including emails, calls, and correspondence
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting logistics
- Prepare routine reports and compile statistical information
- Support inventory management and supply procurement processes
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client data
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of data entry experience with proven accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with error-free performance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
