- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in CRM and ERP systems with zero-error tolerance
- Process and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and financial documents daily
- Manage digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Generate weekly/monthly reports using Excel pivot tables and data visualization tools
- Coordinate office logistics including scheduling, travel arrangements, and vendor communications
- Support HR functions onboarding documentation and employee records maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/hour accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Typing speed certification of 60+ WPM with 99.5% accuracy
- Familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms
