- Perform accurate data entry into CRM and database systems with minimum 98% precision
- Greet and assist visitors with exceptional customer service standards
- Coordinate office logistics including mail processing, supply inventory, and scheduling
- Generate daily/weekly reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Maintain confidential records with HIPAA/GDPR compliance awareness
- Support HR department with onboarding paperwork and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist experience with proven data entry proficiency
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 10-key numeric pad expertise
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English and Spanish
