- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications, including calls, emails, and correspondence
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation with accuracy
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for critical company records
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Support onboarding processes and new employee orientation activities
- Assist with special projects, event planning, and departmental coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support or office assistant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with proven organizational abilities
- Experience with scheduling software (e.g., Calendly, Doodle)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Associate's degree or relevant certification preferred
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles preferred
