- Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, preparing agendas and booking conference rooms.
- Assist with inventory management and reordering office supplies.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Receptionist.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
