Responsibilities
- Front Desk Reception: Manage the front desk, greet visitors, answer multi-line phones professionally, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, maintain digital and physical filing systems, and update customer records in our CRM software.
- Communication: Draft and proofread professional emails, memos, and correspondence to ensure clear and effective internal and external communication.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare meeting materials.
- Office Operations: Monitor office supply inventory, place orders, and assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- General Assistance: Support various departments with ad-hoc projects and special administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree or prior administrative experience is preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an office support or administrative role.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
