- Communication Support: Draft emails, memos, and correspondence; handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule appointments, book conference rooms, and prepare meeting materials.
- Office Supplies: Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure operations continue without interruption.
- General Admin Support: Assist with payroll processing, expense reports, and other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional business certification is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
