Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors warmly, answer multi-line phones, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, prepare documents, and assist with data entry and record management.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meeting rooms, manage calendars, and schedule appointments for executives.

Qualifications
