Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all visitors and clients.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, with the highest level of professionalism.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and prepare meeting materials for executives.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Support the administrative team with ad-hoc projects and general office management tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is highly desired.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work full-time hours.
