The Role

Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls and emails with a professional and polite demeanor.
- Greet all visitors, vendors, and clients warmly and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, scanning, and photocopying.
- Manage meeting room schedules and coordinate conference room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and petty cash reconciliation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant administrative certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar front-desk role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
- Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
