Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings with precision
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for confidential documents and records
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate office logistics, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire paperwork for seamless team integration
- Support event planning and meeting preparation, ensuring all materials are organized
- Perform ad-h administrative tasks to support departmental objectives and deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven administrative support experience in professional environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with polished business etiquette
