Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex meeting logistics
- Handle incoming communications, including calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
- Process and maintain confidential documents with strict attention to detail and security protocols
- Oversee office inventory, procurement of supplies, and vendor relationship management
- Support onboarding processes, prepare new hire materials, and assist with HR documentation

Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent certification in Office Administration or related field
