Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including mail, supplies, and facilities coordination
- Provide administrative support to executive team with calendar management and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conference logistics
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality
- Handle vendor relationships and service procurement
- Support onboarding process for new hires
- Assist with budget tracking and expense report processing
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
