- Coordinate with day-shift staff through detailed handover protocols and digital documentation
- Monitor building security systems and emergency protocols during overnight hours
- Manage office inventory and supply ordering through digital tracking systems
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages with meticulous record-keeping
- Support IT infrastructure monitoring and basic troubleshooting procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in administrative or receptionist roles
- Proficient in data entry with 10,000+ keystrokes per hour and 99% accuracy
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
