Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during night shift, including patient check-in/out
- Perform accurate data entry for patient records using EHR systems
- Handle multi-line phone systems and route calls appropriately
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supplies inventory
- Coordinate with security staff for facility access control
- Prepare daily reports and maintain confidential documentation
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with EHR/EMR systems (Epic or Cerner a plus)
- Exceptional typing speed (45+ WPM) with high accuracy
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
