Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during night shifts, including greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries
- Perform accurate data entry tasks using proprietary software to maintain client records and operational databases
- Coordinate office services, including mail handling, supply inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, and report generation
- Ensure security protocols are followed during non-business hours, including access control and surveillance monitoring
- Collaborate with day-shift staff to ensure smooth transition of information and tasks
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor while representing company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist or administrative experience with night shift availability
- Proficiency in data entry with proven accuracy (minimum 50 WPM typing speed)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and confidentiality standards
- Experience with office equipment (multi-line phone systems, scanners, copiers)
