Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the main reception desk, answering multi-line phones with a professional demeanor, and directing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Access Control: Monitor building security systems, including badge readers and cameras, ensuring the safety and security of all personnel and visitors during non-standard hours.
- Administrative Support: Perform data entry, manage incoming and outgoing mail/packages, and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Visitor Management: Greet late-night visitors or contractors, verify their identity, and sign them in/out according to company protocols.
- Facility Maintenance: Conduct nightly walkthroughs to ensure the office environment is secure, clean, and well-lit for the following day.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with late-night service providers (e.g., custodial staff, security personnel) and handle any on-site emergencies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment (printers, scanners, fax machines).
- Professionalism: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a high standard of discretion and integrity.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
