Responsibilities
- Manage the Front Desk: Greet visitors, answer multi-line phone systems professionally, and direct calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Security Oversight: Monitor access logs, verify visitor credentials, and manage keycard access to ensure building security protocols are strictly followed.
- Administrative Support: Sort and distribute incoming mail, process packages, and maintain a clean and organized reception area throughout the night.
- Data Entry: Accurately input data into office management systems and update internal databases with relevant visitor and client information.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external night cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure facilities are operational and presentable.
- Issue Resolution: Address tenant or employee inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues to the on-call management team.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Receptionist or in an office support role, preferably within a corporate or commercial setting.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and polite telephone manner.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
