Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests, vendors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner, managing the front desk during the night shift.
- Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails promptly, ensuring no important messages are missed.
- Security & Access: Monitor building access points, verify visitor credentials, and maintain a secure environment throughout the night.
- Mail & Distribution: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to the correct departments and employees.
- Administrative Support: Perform light data entry, maintain office supplies inventory, and assist with basic clerical tasks as needed.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of visitors and incoming/outgoing communications.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer operations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Professionalism: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
