Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and courteous demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries accurately and efficiently, serving as the voice of the company.
- Manage building access control by verifying IDs, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining the front desk logbook.
- Perform light administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Monitor security systems and cameras, reporting any irregularities or maintenance issues to the security team immediately.
- Assist with after-hours lock-up procedures and ensure the lobby and common areas are clean and organized.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow during the night shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk associate is preferred.
- Must be available to work Night Shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment (fax, copier, scanners).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle high-pressure situations calmly.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
