Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and switchboard operations during designated night hours (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Screen and direct incoming calls with a professional, courteous, and calm demeanor.
- Process incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring accurate logging and distribution.
- Monitor building access points and security systems to ensure a safe environment.
- Assist visitors with check-in procedures and provide directions within the building.
- Perform basic data entry and administrative tasks to support the night operations team.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts and weekends as required.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with standard office equipment, computers, and telephone systems.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor during off-hours.
